PowaDAP takes all necessary steps to ensure that the safety of investors comes first, all while maintaining the integrity of the platform.

To ensure the above, the team is constantly on the lookout for irregular projects. It is important to understand as a project owner, that you agree with the terms stated below.

PowaDAP reserves the right to cancel your presale / lottery / staking pool for the following reasons, but not limited to:

• Multiple scam reports (case will be reviewed first).

• Plagiarising content

• Smart contracts that compromise the safety of investors

• Deceptive behavior in presale contributions

• Deceptive behaviour with regards to the KYC application

• Abusive toward any of the PowaDAP team

If your presale / lottery / staking pool is canceled for any of the above reasons, you agree that you lose the right to a refund.
